Description: The Qbix project is a social collaborative workspace owned by the municipality of GIVAT SHMUEL. Cities, a company specializing in establishing these types of spaces, approached the studio to design a 500-square-meter space consisting of positions and offices for rent with a limited budget. The design was based on financial constraints and utilized raw materials, such as exposed concrete, steel, wood, and exposed ceiling systems, to meet these challenges. The space is divided into two sections: an open space with open positions centered around a communal kitchen and private offices for individual or group use located at the front of the building facade.
